Absolutely. We handle all communication and negotiation with suppliers on your behalf — from pricing and lead times to product specifications and terms. Our long-standing industry relationships and local expertise help us achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.


3. Can you consolidate products from different suppliers into one shipment?
Yes, we offer consolidation services and can coordinate shipments from multiple suppliers into a single container to optimize shipping costs and simplify logistics.


4. How do you handle order follow-ups and production timelines?
We closely monitor production progress, conduct regular follow-ups with factories, and provide clients with updated production schedules. If delays or issues arise, we proactively resolve them and adjust timelines to keep your orders on track.


5. Can you assist with export documentation and customs clearance?

About Cost & Cooperation

1. What are your service fees or commission structure?
Our standard service fee is 5% of the FOB invoice value. This covers sourcing, supplier management, order follow-up, and quality inspection services.


2. Do you work on a project basis or long-term contracts?
We primarily focus on long-term partnerships with clients who are looking to build stable, efficient supply chains in Vietnam. However, we are open to evaluating one-time projects based on scope and volume.


3. Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No. There is no setup fee or onboarding cost. We believe in starting with trust and building value through performance.


4. How can we start working with you?
Simply send us your inquiry or sourcing request. We will analyze your needs, check supplier availability, and provide a customized proposal. Once you approve the plan, we’ll begin working on your behalf right away.


5. Can we visit suppliers or showrooms with your support?
Yes, we fully support supplier and showroom visits. We can organize factory tours, accompany you for meetings, assist with interpretation, and ensure a productive visit experience.
